Founded in 2005, RETZAM™ was built on the core, hardworking and fundamental values, of owner and President, Robert A. Metz. An industrial electrician by trade, complimented by an extensive project management and customer service background, ‘Rob’ soon discovered a growing ‘common need’ for external trade resources, within many facilities he came in contact with and many above and beyond the industrial electrician expertise, he was there to serve.
RETZAM™ was first established, with a customer-centric focus in mind, as our number one priority. ‘Without our customers at the priority of our everyday, we truly have nothing.’ said Rob. Initially established as an industrial electrical and general project management service organization, facilities maintenance, office maintenance, safety and compliance tracking soon followed and continues to evolve to this day to satisfy our customers requests and needs. The vision of an all-encompassing facility services company, that could easily integrate within the teams and culture of high-performance global organizations, has come to life in RETZAM, Inc.
